Just great,cant fault it,check in and customs area quick and the staff were very professional and helpful,would fly from here again,in one word YES,,i hope has the airport gets bigger in size and destinations it does not loose this customer service,its first class
Train station is closed, no one at the taxi stalls and overall the worst airport I've been to.
Delayed departure with little explanation and no apology.Announcements made in "Estuary Speak", so garbled as to be unintelligible to a native English speaker (who is also a linguist).I had to try hard to explain the contents to foreigners who couldn't understand a single word.I doubt whether I shall ever use this airport again and I shall definitely not use Flybe which should be renamed "Flymaybe".
A fantastic airport to fly from. There was only one person in the queue at both the check in desk and security, it was so quick and easy to get to the gate. Despite it being a small airport there are still some amenities, such as a duty free shop, bar, restaurant and a Costa. I vastly preferred flying from here than bigger airports like Gatwick. Getting here via train was also really easy, the train station is right outside the terminal. Will definitely fly from here again.
Great experience, after all the train from London is just 1 hour so if you manage to get very cheap flight tickets this is absolutely a great airport to fly from. There's good facilities and it's small so it's easy. The guy at the luggage check exaggerated a bit.
