My kids have annual pass and definitely get the use out of them. The staff are so friendly and amazing with the children playing games in the soft play. The kids really do have a great time.
We went to the Christmas Grotto event this Christmas and I was expecting it to be horrendously busy but it was just right and there was very little waiting around, Santa was very impressive and even though the time spent with Santa was extremely short, our kids loved it and didn't complain at all (4 year olds). Recommended.
Everyone in Essex still affectionately call this place Peter Pans. One of the better seaside resorts with plenty of rides, restaurants and security staff. Can be very busy in summer months as to be expected anywhere but doesnt detract from its charm. A great place for children.
Really good for young children on a cold day such as today. The soft play was fun and had lots to do, the rides available were also fun and great for little ones. The only thing I'd say is that the toilets are quite far to go and the baby changing facilities are not that great. There was one mat in the women's toilets (not sure about the men's) and that was it. Otherwise we had a fun day and would recommend it.
Only went for the indoor rides and soft play. Little one had a great time dragging me around it. Lots of arcade machines, staff are really friendly and good with kids. Pricing was very reasonable @ 5, with a free drink and cake thrown in!
