I personally did not like the atmosphere in this station. It looked grim, all the toilets were locked and they did not bother to point customers to a nearby option. Being in a tourist town I think more is expected from this station. However on a positive note it does appear as if some parts of the place is being renovated, fingers crossed it will turn out to be much much better soon. Perhaps this is why it looks grim and dirty at the moment.
