Had my car washed today, after finishing I had looked at the car to realise that a lot of the car for example the front bumper was not cleaned and still filthy. Due to pressure washing too close to the car, the top layer of paint and lacquer was removed; therefore I will have to spend out more money to get this fixed.

I went to this place for the first time today and I was very disappointed. After the wash they wipped down the car as I sat in it. Once they had told me they finished I got out to check the outside (wash only) and there was still dirt on the car! I asked why they hadnt dried/whipped the water off the alloys to be told we dont do that I walk round to see they hadnt even opened the boot to wipe the soap suds out from around the boot. (Every place I have used does this). Again I was told we dont do that the boss tells us not to do that. The fact I was the only car there makes it worse as they had the time to do a decent job but instead decided to cut corners. My car had a machine polish and wax recently so wasnt even that dirty as the water just beads on it and they still did a bad job. I wont be using them again.
