Best place in Southend to watch sport. Huge screen with great sound system and decent atmosphere. Bar was understaffed on match day, so took a while to get served but overall the best place to go.
Met at the casino for pre workplace Christmas drinks before moving next door to the Park Hotel. We arrived at 6.45 for drinks leaving for the meal at 7.30.Went straight to the bar to order our drinks, a bit of a queue, probably 10 people along the length of the bar. Therefore, I expected to have a 10 minute wait. 20 minutes later and having been totally ignored several times by the barman I'm still waiting. I eventually got the 4 drinks at 7.20... 35 minutes after arriving. Had to gulp them down before leaving to go next door dor the Christmas meal. Shocking, can't believe just how bad the bar staff are.
Always good here, staff are great, easy location to walk to from the high street, really liked Michael Jackson
Great night out and the people running the tables were very helpful for casino virgins.
Relaxed atmosphere with helpful staff. Croupiers are not stuck up like some casino's and are there to help. Foods great and the bar is a nice place to be. All in all its one of the more pleasant casino's around.
