As ever, not being religious makes for a tricky review. This is a homely, traditional CofE church with fine stained glass and fascinating, historical gravestones.
I felt very welcome, and I enjoyed the service.
Atmospheric actively used historical church in the centre of Leigh-on-sea. Amusing detail is the presence of a kitchen with seating just straight inside the main church. Classical cemetery with old tombstones around it as well as a monument for those fallen in World War 1. Nice stained glass windows.
Lovely old church. Lots of local history around the walls. Nice people nice priests.
Great wedding venue. Worth a trip up the Tower if open.
