I used topspec for my home rewiring, security and my home network, and some other jobs. I found them friendly. They plan the tasks really well, explaining what is possible and providing helpful guidance and they are dependable. I would definitely recommend them.
We chose this company because of the good online reviews we found and ended up with a far from pleasant experience, dont trust top spec group.We had a problem with a large job they did for our business and as a result a nightmare unfolded. Unhelpful, confrontational and aggressive staff. Manager turning up in his porsche blocking access to out business waving his arms about. Confronting staff members aggressively demanding they find / fetch certain people.Very unprofessional company who cant make good issues they create.Probably ok if you need a CCTV camera or a light switch changing but for bigger jobs, AVOID like the plague and find a professional company.EDIT:In reply to your response to my review:I wouldn't invite you to a clown party as the hissy fits would just make the kids cry. Send your middle management on customer relation coerces and if they don't pass fire them. You also know who drives the porsche, fire him 1st...
