Always helpful, they dont just ship stuff, they think! they have phoned me a couple of times to corrected my mistakes, saving me time and money. They sell lots of stuff, almost a single point of call. Unlike there competitors there prices are competitive to start with. Negatives Websites a tad slow. and I wish they would use product numbers, without them its hard to find what you want. Scaled discounts for larger orders would be nice and a cheaper postage for those smaller orders.Despite these l keep going back.
10/10 overly helpful to the extent that they will even suggest a cheaper product if it does the same job. The boss spent an hour with me suggesting different solutions for my job absolutely amazing
