Arranged via text what time I would drop off night before, this was confirmed. Text an hour before to ask to confirm address, called 4 times 15 minutes before drop offno answer. Turned up - no one home. was texted address 2 hours later with address no apology for not being in or wasting my time and petrol. Unprofessional and rude! Should at least call to explain herself
