We called out Southend Plumbers and the service was excellent. With a can-do attitude the problem was identified quickly and dealt with very efficiently. It was obvious from the get go that the plumber knew where to look for the problem and got his hands dirty by crawling into our roof space right away. Superb workmanship, Mike was very polite, tidy, and knowledgable. He knew exactly what we wanted and offered suggestions when we were not sure how we should do something. I would not hesitate to use him again and recommend to anyone that needs any plumbing work doing. He went out of his way to ensure we were happy with his work before he finished the job.
Excellent service. Had an emergency that needed sorting. Mike was available by phone to come round when it was convenient to me. The job was straight forward and sorted within minutes. Mike then text later in the week to check that it was still working well. Couldnt fault the service at all!
Brilliant. Rang late morning regarding a leaking shower. Mike explained he could fit us in the same afternoon or at his earliest opportunity. Came about an hour later. Called Mike last night due to a sudden worrying leak from the upstairs shower, he offered to come over immediately but as the leak had stopped we waiting until the next morning, at which point he came over (on time), inspected the area and diagnosed the problem quickly and professionally. We It turns out not to be a plumbing issue, so Mike forwarded on the details of the right tradesman who would be able to help. While he was over he also connected and filled two radiators all within a one-hour time slot. Overall very pleased and would thoroughly recommend.
