As people may know hotter shoes are UK manufactured and instantly comfortable. This shop is mainly geared for women, but did have stock of the male shoe I was particularly looking for. Friendly staff and prices as expected. It is a shop rather than an outlet

Staff very helpful. Lots of choice, lots of advice.
On Friday June 8th at just before 5pm I wanted to get some new summer flats so I saw a young lady, I won't say her name for data protection reasons but she helped me with a pair of shoes that I was trying on and she was open, honest and genuine. She helped me get the right fit and I was so happy with the service that I bought a second pair. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone. The quality is brilliant and so comfortable
