Not good, the price of parking is way to much because the lifts are always broken and I end up having to use the stairs with a baby and buggy, even the ticket machines to pay are always broken too... If your smart don't use Victoria shopping centre, go to the royals at other end... Well maintained clean and friendly service.
Nice clean shopping centre. Not too big like the lakesides and bluewaters. Just small with all the right shops it needs. And if you can find what your looking for there then southend high street is right outside. Happy shopping.
Lovely place to shop. Plenty of stores to go into. Would recommend a trip.
Small shopping mall. No high end or boutique shops, but everything your average shopper is going to need. The place is kept well and feels safe. There's a public convenience by the multi storey car park too.
The great thing about this place is the fact it is close to a Theatre & has a cinema inside. The shops are great with fun staff with in. The food Hall is spacious & a Costa Coffee to help you keep in good spirits to shop. A Information desk with friendly staff to answer questions & an outside market to enjoy at the weekend. Well worth a visit
