Usually have a very good service from Fabricake unfortunately on this order I was not at home to accept delivery and it was delivered to my neighbour (who has moved in recently and I don't know). So more than a week after I placed the order I still don't have my parcel. No fault of Fabricake but it's very frustrating. My neighbour seem rarely to be at home so I have no idea when I will be able to retrieve may parcel. Sorry Fabricake not your fault but poor service from Royal Mail, if they had taken it back to their office I could have collected there during office hours instead of having to depend on the good will of someone I don't know. Sorry for the rant but it just sooo frustrating.
Fantastic range of caking products, that are reasonably priced, with prompt delivery. I love that they stock an extensive range of Saracino paste and the flavourings. The masterclasses held at Fabricake Sugarcraft Ltd are a must attend. Very welcoming and lovely friendly atmosphere. Looking out for my next class.
Fantastic website and great selection of everything you need for cake making and crafting.I live in the Southwest so I have to place orders as opposed to going to the shop. The communication is excellent when I place an order. I always receive the goods very quickly.I had the privilege of attending a masterclass at the shop. Again great organisation and communication.
