The staff are really friendly and I like them all. They kindly place a loaf aside for me every week as sometimes I don't get in there till later in the day and then the loaf I like is sold out.
I love the rock cakes here. The usual selection of hot and cold bakery bits.
Food is ok a bit over priced but nice main problem is the cost of the drinks well over priced compared to shop next door
Possible the worst Grouts bakers there is. Staff are rude and confrontational, lazy and glum. The tall northern lass does nothing to help this as she never does anything to help the busy shop. Chatting staff cause customer pile ups to a point where the shop is so full people are waiting outside. Normally only one of the three staff are serving as the other two are whispering to each other then laughing out loud only to then continue whispering to each other.It would appear the staff have only been trained to take money and put stuff on the shelves.
Very rude customer service. Food is not bad but staffs are not not friendly.
