Decent department store, food hall and cafe restaurant. Toilets are clean and accessible. Polite and friendly staff.

Picked up our Christmas food order. So well organised, Just like the years before have been. A very pleasant experience.
The store itself was very good.The restaurant was not good at all. Most of the staff were laughing and joking and didn't seem to be in control of organising the serving procedure.I purchased a cappuccino take away and the cup had hardly any coffee and was just full of froth so I felt a complete waste if money. The staff needed to concentrate more to run the place effectively.
Waited ages to get a refund. Bought two pairs of jeans the same size but one fitted perfectly and one did not. Unfortunately one was made in Bangladesh which was fine whilst the other was made in Egypt which was too small. M&S need to get their sizing sorted out as it's costly taking items back in time and parking costs.
