This is a disgusting company, starting with the owner, a nasty, coniving, useless excuse for a women absolutely appalling the way she treats her customers. I have never seen such disgusting customer service in my life, seriously this company should be shut down its gives retail a bad name. Its a shame that customers have to be met with the horrendous behaviour of senior management/ owners of this company, seems like she has no manners and definitely no people skills, barks like a dog at customers, blatantly ignores complaints and is more interested in chatting on the phone than actually serving customer, an absolute joke. Anyone with any sense should stay well away from this company.

I like the clothes... but well, the owner ( I guess she is )has such an attitude! It is actually the first time that I go to a shop and I kind of feel intimidated! She was talking so loud on the phone, when I asked her for some sandals, she literally threw them to the floor instead of giving them to me! Awful! Really bad customer service! I will think twice next time before going back there.
Unfortunately Google do not have the option for 'nil' stars. The total lack of empathy and negative attitude of Kelly, who may be the Manager/Owner, was breathtaking. We visit my old home town of Leigh on Sea fortnightly and today I took the first opportunity to visit Ruby Room to return an item which had been posted to me from a different Branch, ten days previously, it was too large. I had bought several items on my last visit but obviously could not try this on. I had explained that we would not be able to come in for two weeks ... medical appointments ... hence the suggestion of posting to me. Today Kelly told me that they only refund within seven days, after that it has to be a credit note (which lasts three months). I explained our predicament but she was adamant that she would not refund the money and told me I should have read my receipt which explains their policy. I am staggered at her rudeness, intransigence and lack of goodwill.
