This is one of the larger stores in the local area of Southend and Rochford. It is very close to London Southend Airport and railway station, which makes it excellent if you suddenly realise that you need something before you travel. You can reserve items online and collect using a 'Fasttrack' service or order and pay in store. Always reliable and staff very helpful.

ebay order item was delivered to store and still not got the order which was delivered at 4 pm and now closed and now 8.40 pmnot happy at all wanted them by tonight for to be fitted to car now have to rebook my appointment

Customer service rep is not very nice. I did manage to change the item, but the lack of warmth from a customer facing role, isn't desirable. Yes I got my refund but the lady said she couldn't return without a receipt and wasn't willing to help by searching my card or the computer, back to th car to dig around. I don't think I will go back unless I have to, there are other stores I can drive to. Already I feel like a criminal the way she closely checked the serial number of the item against the box and then commented about my bad repacking skills. I don't know if the staff are getting pressured, but with the current economic outlook for Argos they might not be around for long. My once perfect one stop shop has changed.
