Absolutely appalling customer service from DW. I cancelled my agreement and paid a months notice. As I missed the cut off by a few hours I was threatened with legal action. No leeway whatsoever. Having unsubscribed to their emails 3 times, I still get them. Isn't that breach of GDPR? The gym itself is quite nice as are the people. It's the system that is the problem. They just want as many 35/month as possible with a very small minority actually using the gym. Cancel now is my advice and take up walking!
Really poor gym. Can never get on the classes, the pool is always shut for one reason or another. Pool accessibility is none existent. Changing rooms are always dirty and staff are just generally unhelpful. Make sure you try before you take out membership here

It's ok, there is quite a lot of basic equipment missing and can be quite busy but overall it's a nice gym.
Great facilities, friendly staff. Best value gym in the area. Classes are fab.
