Awesome gym! Sadly all of the old school gyms are dying out and being replaced by chain gyms with zero character. This gym has that old school character and feel. It also has an excellent variety of of equipment, free weights, cables, strength machines, bags, cardio machines, racks etc. Olly the owner is very personable and you can tell from talking with him that he has a passion for what he does. A visit there isnt complete without hanging with his sidekick Henry!! (His dog). :)
