I had the pleasure of using this shop a few weeks before Christmas, we were looking for a unique gift, something unusual not the normal high street jewellery.The whole experience was a joy, the shop is a traditional jewellers, comfortable and cosy.We were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble for the staff, knowledgeable but not pushy.Have already recommended to all our friends and will definitely be using again.A five star rating from me, only because I can't give a six!!!

Have gone here a few times and always had good service and recommended to people. However this has now changed after I had a necklace repaired which I very strongly explained had centimental value and came from the other side of the world and cannot be repurchase. They told me the inner section may burn but if so they will not continue with the repair and leave it how it is. I got the necklace returned and it was burnt inside and the inner enamel was peeling of, to my horrow once I put the necklace on it fell apart into two!!! The worst part was they balmed me then charged me full price!!! Its completely trashed. Very very poor customer service and to be charged with something the very cleaner done it disgraceful.

Having just moved to this area I wanted to find a reliable jewellers and found AV & BV Andrews. Its a small shop with a big heart. The service was first class and couldnt be more helpful and courteous. They were very obliging, and I was looking for an eternity ring with diamonds, and they made one for me with 7 diamonds on a gold band and I was absolutely delighted with the result, perfect. Thank You, one happy customer.
