Nowhere better in at least Essex if you're looking for jewellery with diamonds
Some of the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER from any jewellers. Before and after care is just one of the best I have ever come across! I will be stopping by more often if I was to need anything in regards to watches, rings and necklaces. Even items I have not seen elsewhere, I not have a very unique ring thanks to Hatton Jewellery! Truly happy with the thought and care they put into their service for what YOU need and not the opposite way from like jeweller chain stores which try to sell the most expensive item there is! Happy customer and I highly recommend everyone at least visit to see if they can help!
I met Terry over 15 years ago when looking to purchase an engagement ring designed by my now wife. I travelled to Amsterdam and London to purchase the diamond for the engagement ring. I was not impressed by the customer service received so I decided to look locally. I visited various jewellers in my local area. When I went to Hattons, Terry showed me a variety of diamonds explaining the different shapes, colours and clarity even asking me to view diamonds through a loop explaining imperfections through to perfection. I have been a customer of Terrys ever since . I have and will continue to recommend Hattons to anyone that wants customer care and honesty and unique designs. I have never shopped anywhere else since.
The Staff are polite and very friendly, the service is quick and the prices are keen. I think this will be my jewellers of choice in the future
