Poor service, lack of communication, can never get to speak to the person dealing with your case until you complain. Girls on reception are sweet and helpful but unfortantly it stops there. I wouldn't recommend them.
Terrible experience. Lack of action and responsiveness. My partner instructed the firm for a conveyancing over four months ago. For numerous weeks he tried to establish contact with the person who is dealing with the transaction to no avail. He is been told by the buyer's solicitor that they cannot proceed with the transaction due to Giles Wilson Firm's lack of responsiveness and action. This week my partner called the firm probably ten times, being bounced from one employee to the other without any knowledge of the case. This is unacceptable as a transaction on average takes 6-8 weeks to complete.
