Although I must express an interest (as an employee), I am leaving this review in what I consider an impartial capacity, as I instructed the conveyancing team (not my department) to act for me in the sale of my flat and purchase of my new home. The leasehold sale ran through smoothly, notwithstanding that it also involved a lease extension. The team always dealt with my queries promptly and paid attention to my instructions, providing advice where needed to guide me. They clearly work hard and well together (i.e. communicate well with one another), and went the extra mile in getting my transaction completion dates to tie in as closely as possible (in the end only one day apart, despite my purchase being much later than my sale!)
