Would recommend this business without doubt, Scott managed to find me a elusive part for my 20 + year old boiler that had failed the night before. Even though not in stock he promised to get it by 1300 today and at just past 1300 he rang as promised with news it was there.30 minutes later Nice warm house again !So good to find a local company that is prepared to go that little bit more in customer service. Good job !

Have used Fairfax Plumbing and Heating many times, as I live quite close, and each time the service has been exemplary, whether it's been advice needed or a part. This particular time, I thought I needed a new siphon for the toilet cistern, so I took the old one with me. They advised me, that all it needed, was to replace the bit of plastic on the underside, and the chap behind the counter replaced it there and then. Cost of the job 90p. Can't fault these guys, they really know their stuff.
