Looked online at opening times and it said 5 30pm but when I went there it as closed, at 2 15pm. They must do what they want at this shop, the other post office was still open.
Opening times keep changing and the staff are rude
It's convenient enough, but if you don't get the chap who runs it, the service can be awful, and there's zero sense of urgency to reduce a growing queue.
Great team. OK it's busy, but Southend PO caters for such a large area the queues are horrendous.
The most terrible service I have ever experienced, rude abrupt hostile and condisending , if you dont want to deal with working with the general public then I suggest a career change might be appropriate and may I suggest re-educate urself on the post office procedures as you are clearly out of touch . Staff training is desperately needed at this branch !
