DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU ARE A SELLER OR A BUYER - This company have close links with building developers and if they have the property earmarked for them they will manipulate the sale so their developer. associates can get the property at a good deal to them. BUYERS - don't bother they will not pass on your offers to sellers and will not even tell them you are interested until it is too late (unless of course you are one of their developer friends). They will also steal information from you about what work needs doing to the property to pass onto their builder/ developer friends who are interested in buying. If you want to buy somewhere to live, you have no chance with this company if they have earmarked the property for a developer. SELLERS- if your property has been earmarked for their developer associates they will only tell you offers from their developer friends, which are likely much less than other offers and may take longer for the sale to complete. There is another o review below that has clearly had a similar experience and it appears the agent has responded to make them seem more positive (and from my experience of the staff here the story they have given in the response to previous accurate review of how they operate is likely not true). The fact several people are saying this in their reviews shows this is the way they operate and cannot be trusted. To top things off once they have scammed you over they will send you an insulting Christmas card, 'wishing you a happy Christmas.' I hope people below read these reviews and realise not to do business with you. Also it appears the positive reviews on here appear to be from friends of staff so again they have manipulated their reviews- do not trust these people!
