Please do not buy an ticket from this scam of a company. Two days ago I purchased 4 tickets to Bangkok and the money was taken from my credit card. 24 hours after payment and the e-ticket had not arrived I contacted the company. I was told that airline no longer had seats for that day but I could travel on a different airline. I was adamant that I want the same airline and the same date and failing that I want my money back. I was told that it could take up to seven days to get a refund. Absolute scammers ! Best beware !

Customer relationship is excellent. The agent that booked my flight was friendly, patient and understanding and very encouraging. Good work.
Usually i do not write reviews neither good ones nor bad but these guys deserved my 10 minutes of my time. I work as a buyer and used to any tactics of selling but what Travel junction does there is only one word to describe it and it's bullying. They will buy the ticket they do not have and then they ask you to call back asap. Once you call them back you hear the story that unfortunately the ticket is not available and all the prices have increased so they do their best to find something else for you (in my case + 195 on top of 850 i already paid). I told them straight away not to waste my time cause i am not paying any single extra pound so they threatened me with 35 service charge if i want a refund for the ticket they sold me in a first place but do not have. I said no. then they applied some magic voucher and +195 became +99. Still no from me. They the voice suddenly changed and they agreed to cancel the order. In total i received like 4 calls from different people (good old role play game of good/bad cop), wasted 1 hour of my time arguing with people based somewhere in Asia (you can hear motorbikes and beeping in a background :) ) no refund so far but luckily i paid by credit card and already contacted my bank. Very pushy, very rude and very aggressive. Not the best approach if you want gain the trust. I feel sorry for sales personnel cause all they do is argue with unhappy customers all day long.
