Complete transparency, Westway are clients of mine. I have never known a travel agent so focused on getting the best deal and giving the best service to the people of Essex. The team research rigourously before the client has walked in the door to know they truly understand the destinations available. Their research gives them many options others would never know about. They work with operator's constantly to know what is available and what is the best deal. You cannot go wrong with Westway Travel. The staff are so, so helpful. If you feel things weren't going right, as sometimes happens in resort or during travel, they will do everything humanly possible to put it right. Phone them and put it to the test. You will not be disappointed.
Well I have to say, the attitude I experienced from the mature sales lady was a tad condescending. She did provide the info required, but really with a can't be bothered approach. Holidays are fun and that is how the sales people should treat them and have that relevant attitude as well. Seriously lacking on my visit so I would discourage anyone from using this establishment. As for the look down the nose when she told me a 1200 flight price, well, I think that says it all about their customer care! Avoid like the plague.
