The staff, reception, nursing and vets are all so very friendly and helpful everything is explained in great detail and are always willing to help more if something you are unsure of or do not understand.

The lady who answered the phone was helpful and polite and made me feel at ease and Costa who dealt with Alfie was kind and compassionate and made me feel confident. I am delighted to say that Alfie has taken his medicines with no fuss (despite being a total pain when Costa tried to give him the charcoal meds in the surgery). Admittedly we have placed the rather large tablets in nice sized lumps of pate but he's been a model patient all the same. He is definitely on the mend and is almost back to normal in terms of eating and wagging. Alfie is one of the waggiest dogs I have ever come across and he lost his wag for a couple of days, which broke my heart but thanks to Costa and MediVet he's waggy again. Thanks

I took my beautiful British Shorthair to Medivet very early in the morning as she had stopped eating and was lethagic. The vet was professional and compassionate, but unfortunately it was found Paige had an aggressive tumour, so we made the heartbreaking decision to put her to sleep. She passed very peacefully and we appreciated that we were given time to say goodbye. We never felt rushed and nothing was too much trouble for them. We especially appreciate the vet taking the time to call us the next day after we called him to answer questions regarding her illness.
