Never seem to have a good experience in this place, the people that work their are rude they don't seem to know what they're talking about and are more interested in profit then actual interest in animals.
I'm not really happy with the service here.
You can bring your dog in and the staff are nice
Unfortunately I had to have an elderly, unwell cat euthanized. The staff were caring and very respectful, reducing the distress as much as possible.
Been told several times that I can just drop in to collect flea and wormer as I m on the plan, once in there they tell me I need to bring my pooch in to be weighed. I take my pooch in and they tell me I need an appointment. I make an appointment and they just weigh her and hand over the meds.
