Cant fault this place fab! My husband had to have some work done for a up coming heart operation, the staff are fantastic all of them work as a close team and are very caring people. Thanks to them and the quick work they done my husband can now move on and goes in Monday for his heart op. Cant praise this place enough! Mr & Mrs digby
Went for the first time for a hygienist appt. Hygienist had really poor communication skills. I found her judgmental, she kept asking how much alcohol I drank and telling me the unit allowance per week (how is that any of your business anyway?) which I'm aware of. Then told me there's 3 tiers of treatment and that I needed the middle tier is that OK, once she'd started the treatment. This meant it cost 60 instead of 49 when really my teeth were not in a bad state (I have regular dentist and hygienist appts). Odd as every other hygienist I've been to has charged a flat rate of 49. She also caught my gums a few times so really sore the next day. Some plaque left on my teeth upper and lower and she didn't bother flossing. Really substandard service, I will be going to a better hygienist next time.
Quality dentistry, after being referred to this place to have two wisdom teeth removed.I made my first booking and turned up and was then told that work would be difficult almost impossible for about a week after the procedure so I was very surprised at how accomodating they was when they rebooked me for the following week to avoid my work days.The dentist that did the procedure was very professional and humourous at the same time himself and summer the assistant really helped me through and made it a surprisingly please take experience.Would definitely advise going here if you're looking for a high quality dentist.
