Very friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere. Sadly, they have not managed to solve any of my dental issues even though I have paid for my care. I paid for a filling in May last year and it kept coming out. After the forth filling it finally stayed in and this was in June time. Yesterday the filling came out again after 7 months and unfortunately for me there is only a 6 month guarantee and they are not willing to help unless I pay again. I can safely say I will be finding a new dentist that hopefully has the skills and experience needed to complete the job.
If I could have selected zero stars I would have. I am on Immunosuppressant drugs for Rheumatoid Arthritis and am therefore more susceptible to infections. I made an appointment to see the dentist a once I knew I had got an infection in one of my teeth and was seen on the 23rd of January. I explained my situation to the dentist and explained I had been prescribed antibiotics several days earlier and my course was due to finish on the Friday (25th). I was told by the dentist to make an appointment for as soon as was possible. As I was having an extraction and I'd had a couple previously it was discussed that I would see Dipa at the same time if possible. I was told I would get a call with the next available appointment later that day (23rd Jan). I waited, no call. I called on Friday (25th) and was promised I would receive a call on Monday for definite. Monday came and went still no call, by this time my infection was back and worse than the first time. I have been prescribed a further course of antibiotics!I called this morning and explained everything to the receptionist and was told the next available appointment was the 14th of February!!!I re-iterated that as I was on Immunosuppressant medication it was dangerous for me to get infections and that It was likely the infection would re-occur possibly a couple of times by then, this was her response."You can pay for an emergency appointment on the day but the next actual available appointment is not until the 14th of February, sorry!"Not sure I think much of this dentists view on patient care.
Hygienist Rosemary was friendly, very informative. Made me feel at ease. Receptionist very helpful & friendly. Great experience. I will be back.

Reception Staff Okay. 5 Stars For My Dentist, He Is Great!!!! Have Never Had To Wait In The Waiting Room To Be Seen, Very Prompt And Efficient. Made To Feel Relaxed While Having Treatment. The Dentist Is Very Friendly And Makes The Time To Explain The Procedure ( Both Pros and Cons ). Have Just Had Root Canal Treatment, Didn't Feel A Thing While Having The Treatment. Highly Recommended!!!!!
