First experience so far has been pretty shocking and pretty embarrassing - for them.Recently moving to the area, I registered while they were at the London road address, signed forms and did everything that was asked. The man at reception was less than helpful, but I did what he asked and left all my paperwork with him.1 month later, after they had moved, I thought Id best make an appointment now they and I have settled into new homes, but they had no records of me. So, I had to register again. No biggy, but annoying.I registered and booked a new appointment which was about a month wait. I then got a reminder two days before my appointment, but the morning of my appointment, for which I had taken the morning off work, they cancelled. They said the dentist was Ill. I get people are sick, but not the best start. They couldnt accommodate me for another 2 weeks.I then finally visited and the appointment was rushed, the room I was in is at the bottom of the stairs and the door was left wide open, less than private.My follow up appointment was made 3 weeks later. I got the reminder text 2 days out. And the same thing happened. I took the morning off work, and I received a call THE NIGHT before my appointment saying she couldnt see me. Why? I couldnt understand the man telling me why, all I could hear was she cant make it. I expressed my disappointment, but there was no offer of another appointment. It was me who had to ask.This is pretty poor, especially as I have already paid for the band 2 treatment! So, Ive paid full price for 2 appointments but not actually had the 2nd appointment.Lets hope they dont cancel again.Really poor show, so lets see how next one goes, as maybe Ill find another dentist.
Open 7 day and open late that's good for me as I work
Not impressed at all! Have been with this dentist for years when it was based on the London road its now moved to leigh road! Terrible, get to my family 6 month check appointment (after spending half hr trying to park with 4 kids in tow ) as they claim parking is outside yeh right for the whole road that is shopping in the street! (But forget to mention that) to then have to carry my pushchair down a flight of stairs to access the receptionist who then tells me my appointment was cancelled months ago because the dentist is away and I need to re book! Only waited 6 months for this appointment!! Claiming they have tried to call me for months! Wheres my cancellation letter then if you cant get me by phone ? you have had 3 months to write to me, you wrote to say you moved, but cant write to say you cancelled all our appointments, Absolutely joke! Its bad enough they have moved to an un-accessible site where you cant park and cant take pushchairs let alone to see the staff even have their child at work with them sitting behind the reception desk playing on the computers! Shocking!!
Not having been to a dentist for 10 years and being a complete chicken, I saw Manny I cant thank him enough he put me at my ease. Removed a very painful tooth, and has even given me the faith to come back again in 3 months for a check up. Cant recommend them enough.
After my previous dentist unexpectedly closed down, I found myself suddenly in need of a new practice, and this one was listed as the closest one accepting NHS patients.I was very pleasantly surprised that they are open on Sundays, as I unfortunately have very bad teeth and need to see the dentist quite often, so not having to worry about scheduling appointments around work has been great.After several months there the team has also been nothing but friendly and helpful. They clearly care about finding the best possible option for you and making sure that you understand what kind of treatment you are going to receive every time.
