Neal is a fantastic dentist, I initially went to him having had bad experiences with dentists and being rather nervous as a result. Neal quickly reassured me and was very calming and reassuring throughout my treatment. He is very trustworthy too, I have been warned so often of private dentists who charge for unnecessary treatments, but Neal says it as it is (he had many chances to do work, but instead gave me advice so the problem could solve its-self, which it always did) and he is always happy to help and offer advice. I have to say that despite my probably being one of "those patients" he really has helped a lot and through advise, good work and really knowing his stuff he has saved my tooth, which I didn't think could be saved. I have also visited the hygienist, who is brilliant too and she left me teeth looking and feeling clean and white. Brilliant practice all round.
Best dentist I've ever been to. I'm a real big baby when it comes to dentists following a dental operation I had as a child, but Mr Carstairs is brilliant offering kindness, professionalism and making sure I have a healthy mouth. I live in Kent now, but won't leave this practice,the journey is with it. Can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic dentist and practice here. Neal has looked after my teeth for 20 years and has helped me to overcome my fears by being gentle and understanding when I need work doing. He's helped me to learn to come for my regular check ups and now I rarely need work doing. Sarah the hygienist is very gentle and doesn't pull you about in the slightest. Frances and the rest of the reception staff are always friendly and ease any nerves and the service always feels personal. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to any nervous or anxious patients.
