I'm having the same problem. Mirror bedside table arrived cracked and are not picking up the phone or replying to emails. After contacting PayPal I did get through to them and the issue was sorted

I ordered 2 mirrored bedside tables, one was cracked which they sent a replacement to which that was cracked aswell..I have now been fighting with this joke of a company since September to get this resolved...the guy won't answer the fone or my emails...they are sitting with my money and I don't have the full goods...I will keep fighting to get what I paid for so "kerry" if ur reading this I won't give up...
What a joke of a place always empty and the staff just stay on the phone even when they have buyers... don't even look up! Happened to my sister Inlaw one day and then to me... someone get some descent staff in there ... the young guy didn't want to look up and was adamant not to even excuse himself!!!! Go get another job and don't take the pee out of your employer
