Was initially really pleased with the service and loved the range of products. Was told that the items that I chose and paid for would be delivered in 6 weeks, but in the end after constant phoning it took 13 weeks before my items arrived. The items are of very good quality and value and only let down by the stress of waiting for the delivery.
Very friendly and welcoming staff who helped us decide what was the best options for our home.They couldn't do enough for us.Our Furniture was very well put together but knowledgeable and able staff.Surprised at how cheap it was for such good quality Furniture. Will be back when we need another room furnished.
Purchased some lounge furniture earlier this year. I had a problem with the lights inside one of the display units. The manager came round personally to sort it out. You would not get this type of service with the bigger outlets so very impressed and would definitely recommend them and especially their aftersales service which is unfortunately lacking elsewhere . A very nice, old fashion type store with plenty of choice across the price ranges. Knowledgeable and helpful staff who are happy to stay in the background until asked, which is a big plus for me.
Visited with my friend who is disabled and in a motorised scooter/chair... the lady in the store was more than happy to fetch a rather heavy ramp to allow my friend access to the shop... once inside we were left to look around at our leisure as well as being given all the information and pricing data required.
