The company was easy to talk to on the phone, they gave me an accurate quote and was ready to help me the next morning, I had a window fixed, The guy who fixed my window was lovely, fast and efficient, he even saw a slight problem with my door and adjusted it right there no problem! Definately worth calling again if I need their services.
The engineer came out within a few hours of calling re blocked toilet. He was very quick, friendly and efficient. Would definitely use again
I called Able Group for bed bug issue in the house. My positive experience with that company is that the guy turned up right on time. However, there is NO GUARANTEE given and despite having been charged A LOT... the problem barely quiet down and when I called their office for advice and ask for a second visit, the price was similarly excruciating still without a guarantee. For that type of issue, there is a need for a guarantee as the treatment takes several visits before it is tackled. Maybe Able Group is good for other services but definitely NOT for this type of Pest Control.
Sure these will be on Rogue Traders soon..I told them yesterday their reviews are shocking!! Then a couple of hours later a over the top, glowing review appears!! Funny that!!!!An unbelievably awful company from their plumber who not only dragged the job out from the 4 hours that he said it would take, to 8 and a half, made the toilet leak that he had no need to touch and had to come back to fix, tried to bill us for over 300 of materials that he didn't use in our house........7 or so after we refused to pay for materials that was not used they said they would take us to court, brilliant!! We'll happily go as we had photo evidence from before and after....A few weeks later they decide we do not have to pay for the materials, says it all!!Beware!!!! Clearly these have a bad reputation and I can see why!! The plumber might have been a con artist without out the company knowing or they maybe in on it as well, who knows, but if their not, the way they handle it after is just shocking!!! Be vary cautious!!
Definitely a five-star service. The initial call - a desperate plea for help, really - was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The engineer arrived in one hour, carried out the work quickly and very efficiently, and despite the relatively small task that was undertaken, I was still provided with excellent after-sales treatment. I seldom say this, but I would have no hesitation in using them again and recommending the service to any friend in need.
