Poor customer service. Went to shop to order some cut glass and he had gone on a break. No one to serve. Phoned another day to order. Told to collect in a couple of hours. Left it 4 hours, went to collect. No one in shop and buzzer ignored. Went into workshop to be told no its not done. Weve been busy. No apology for two wasted journeys. Obviously dont need local business -will go online instead

Very good and helpful
First they turned up with the wrong size window, the second time it wasnt frosted and then when they did finally fit the window it was a really untidy and poor job. Mastic left squeezing out the sides, loose bits of wood and nails sticking out.Will not be using them again.
