I called Leigh Lock & Safe when my patio door lock broke. A very helpful gentleman came within an hour and spent some time trying to mend it. However, he said that I needed a new lock and as the door was so old they didn't have any in stock. He said that there would be no charge as they could not fix the problem. (I expected a call out charge). Leigh Lock & Safe called me the same afternoon and said that they had located a patio door company who may have a lock and gave me the number. This company did have a lock and installed it. I felt I must post a review for Leigh Lock & Safe as they were so helpful and efficient and didn't charge. for the service.
