Terrible service, enough said.
Great service, will use this now instead of the one up at the high street. This one is friendly, bright and airy. The one upstairs at Southend High Street is claustrophobic and has no windows, just has an institutional air to it.
No customer service whatsoever. Beware if you prepay for Royal Mail postage online as your parcel may be refused without a reason. I now choose alternative couriers where possible just to avoid this branch of the Post Office.
Went in to drop off a pre-paid parcel and they told me flat out that I had paid the wrong price. This could be forgiven but only an hour earlier was I told by the woman in there to pay online as it made it that much cheaper. Seemed reluctant to take the parcel and made me feel rather embarrassed in front of other customers. Won't be using this location again.
Now with ATM. Excellent service from the owner Sub-Postmaster.
