Renting through Leaders Southend has been a very smooth process. Our negotiator is Joshua Broadhurst who has been very easy to speak to and helpful. We had missed an appointment with a viewing however was Josh was able to facilitate another viewing within our time frame and this ended up with us being able to start the referencing procedure the same week. New to the No deposit option, Joshua had informed us in detail of what this entailed and for this I could not recommend Joshua more if I tried. I look forward to completing the transition over the next couple of weeks and collecting the keys to our new home. Thank You Leaders Southend.
The staff were amazing they are very professional and helpful. The moving process was so quick and easy we got the keys to the new flat in just over 2 weeks of viewing the property.
The sales staff were very helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. They may not the biggest estate agent in the area but they know their stuff and they found a buyer for our flat in less than 2 weeks! Their staff were always polite, patient and professional. I would give them 0 stars if I could.Absolute disgrace The lettings Manager: Tom, couldn't manage a beery fart in a whirlwind let alone a property.When I have asked for his managers details, get deflected and refused.I will find them myself and make contact.Let our home through them when we moved abroad: promised the Earth, the tenants are behind on their rent, never pay on time. So we were promised a weekly update by Tom, well the last one was a month ago.Never available and won't respond.Cost us a lot of money in fees and bank charges due to their incompetence. Do not let your property with these money grabbing cowboys. There are far better agencies out there.You have been warned!
Having never sold a property before and being quite new to the concept , I was unsure as to what to do but the team at Leaders in Southend were very helpful and easy to work with.I found that my experience with them be it over the phone or in person was easy and their sales team were very supportive and accommodating to my needs.Overall experience; the sales process is very easy to set up, the team are friendly and trustworthy, the viewings are carried out professionally, regular check up calls and an influx of interest in my property due to the hard work of the sales team.
