Shambles. Only one ticket machine and the ticket office isn't open on Saturdays. Missed my train despite being here 10mins before departure.
A basic Rail station that is very busy it's down side is parking most commuters park on the side streets this in turn causes problems for the local residents
Please be aware that the disabled access is on the westbound side only. There are stairs and no ramp on the eastbound track. If you are a disabled traveller you should notify the staff of your needs.Sad to say there are no toilets on the eastbound track wither no lifts at all. The station is due for a revamp some time in the near future.
Very quiet station. People of this area are very polite and gentle. But there is no step free access in countryside platform.
