always ate very helpful when I've called at all times of the day, sometimes with small pet emergencies. only reason not 5 stars is that the vets is expensive, but I think that's likely all vets.
This vets had some money of mine on credit due to an overpayment. I had not needed them in a while but when I went to use them again they said the credit had expired. I called again and got no response with them now saying they know nothing about it. The staff on the phone were dismissive and rude. Not something you want from your local vets. Very disappointed. Have not got my money back and will be going elsewhere. AVOID.
I took my dog about 7 months ago, Easter, As an emergency. His gums were pale and he was lethargic and not himself all. He was an older dog but normally very alert and boisterous very young at heart he was totally out of character . He was examined, blood test found him to be a bit anaemic but nothing really was done or found. Well having taken him elsewhere after seeing our own vet numerous times it turned out he had spleen tumour and blood cancer and has now sadly passed away. I feel do feel let down by the way he was just deemed an elderly dog.
Been using earls hall vets for bout 38 years, so seen alot of changes over the years, alot of young vets there now, I believe it's part of a bigger organisation now so it's lost its personal touch, most of the reception staff are nice & helpful, most of the vets are good with my doggies, prices are expensive but I think there in line with most other vets, they always seem to fit me in with appointments, but you do have to wait quite a while after your appointment time, I don't want to be just pointing out the worst points cos overall they have always looked after all my animals over the years and I still attend this vets so out of 10 I would say a 7 X
I wanted to give no star rating but wanted to leave a comment. Ive been there twice and both times they tried to pull as much money from me as possible. My doc is better only because I pulled out and treated with simple antibiotics. More the fools who will just pay the price from scare tactics
