So clean, was the first thing that hit me, the lady who runs it seems so lovely.
After a bit of a hiccup at the start, everything was then resolved (Michelle went above & beyond to get everything sorted out!). The place itself is lovely, & and all the pens are a good size & very clean. When I picked my little one up, she seemed very content & had been well looked after! It's obvious they are mad cat lovers! Thankyou for sorting out the mix up Michelle, and for taking such good care of my gorgeous girl! Would use again 100% & definitely recommend! Xxx
Michelle looked after my eight month old kitten, Molly, for me for two weeks recently, whilst I had some building works done at home, meaning I had to move out. I was utterly devastated at having to leave my cat, but Michelle reassured me and kept me up to date with regular messages and photos. Molly was happy and content in Michelle's care and has settled back into life at home quickly and without complication. I was so lucky to of found Michelle and will use her again if needed!! Highly recommend!!xx
I would recommend PP to anyone. My cats have been to a couple of catteries and this is the only one I can leave them in guilt free. Both my cats love it here and the pens are a very good size. They both come home very happy.Mike and Michelle also bend over backwards to accommodate taking my cats when I have left it too late - an excellent service all round.
I have an older cat that does not like spending time away from home. This was the first time I have used this cattery. I was really pleased that the individual pens were spacious, light and airy. I took along Maisie's food as she has a delicate stomach, I knew she might not eat being away from home.Michelle was completely honest with me and told me that she did not eat much, I really appreciated her honesty as I was never informed at the previous cattery, if Maisie had eaten or not! I could then keep an eye on Maisie and her appetite, when she returned home. I am glad I have used this cattery, Michelle clearly loves cats and this shows when she is looking after my cat. I DEFIANTLY will be using the cattery again when I need it. I would recommend this cattery, thank you Michelle and team.
