Unlike the impatient individuals who disgrace themselves with harsh remarks toward a business-like model practice that cannot yield to selfish demands and where I find nothing but professionalism and efficiency against what is a backdrop of severe overload and shortages courtesy of the ongoing programme of unwarranted government cuts, I think on the whole that this practice does a very good service to it's community.
Rang up first thing to desperately try to get an appointment 3 days in a row, no free appointments not even emergency ones! Changing Doctors as soon as I can.....
