Excellent surgery. Since moving here we have had a really good service from them. We can always get an appointment and the treatment is excellent.
With a staff turnover akin to a field hospital, a visit to Dr Irlam himself is the closest a UK taxpayer will get to experience what it's like catch their spouse cheating on them. You pay a lifetime and get this abject service. I wish our Health Minister could oversee the standard of care given by their lead practitioner, from his total lack of social awareness, dearth of empathy and questionable competency, I am thankful I could pay for my mother to see a Bupa specialist the next day instead. Sitting through his misdiagnosis on more than one occasion, it is telling that I now use Push Doctor the online GP service for 10 a time for a better experience. I have visited this surgery when the likes of Dr Goodchild and Dr Aggarwal were practising there. It was a decent place back then. But that was years past. It takes a lot for me to slam a GP surgery, without going into the specifics of medical records, I can say that when your child dresses up as a Dr or Nurse; they are possibly better equipped than Irlam to write a prescription. Register elsewhere.
