The Doctors are good and its clean and tidy but the appointment system is seriously outdated and needs addressing.
Get to the surgery on time. They are behind schedule and don't even bother to say anything. Rubbish system they have, not professional at all. Never see the same doctor. Bring back Doctor Xpalacin
Absolutely terrible! Ive been trying to book an appointment for the past two months and i still havent able to! They are so disorganized and rude when they talk to you on the phone! When i said its incredible you guys havent been able to give me an appointment after ive been trying for 2 months the lady on the phone said: what do you want me to do? It takes hundreds of calls per day to get to them and when you finally do they dont have space! This place should change all their staff!
Everything is easy to access to lifts and stairs toilets on both floors wide doors pharmacy is on premises electric entrance doors surgeries are upstairs various other clinics are on ground floor
Clean surgery, very friendly and helpful staff.I joined here back in 2017 my new doc helped me get my referral pushed through very quickly to the neurologist dept at Southend hospital much needed thank you
