rude receptionist
I attempted to register but reception staff were incredibly rude and incompetent and ended up referring me to Southend Medical Centre.
I can always get an appointment when I need one.I have had an excellent service over 27 years. I have been helped and supported though giving up smoking/alcohol/ drugs , domestic abuse, neighbour disputes. I am very gratefull to the receptionists and doctor who are all lovely and do their jobs very well.
Receptionist was rude on phone told me to go to Southend medical centre as she's to busy
Dr Vashisht and all his work colleagues are a credit to themselves and the NHS . I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND the doctor helpful and the staff accomodating even when I needed something at short notice . I happily signed the "petition " in 2013 when the "books "of the surgery for new patients had to be closed. This is not a reflection on the surgery but regarding every Doctors "promise "to level of care .Look what is happening at the moment (27/04/16) . I have been with this surgery since 1995 . It is my opinion that you would find it difficult to find a better surgery . If you are accepted as a new patient good BUT DON'T FORGET the Doctor and his staff are only human !!!!!!!
