Absolutely useless receptionists, doctors are uneducated and unskilled, they dont have a clue about anything, they only say what you can find on internet anyway, never send you for blood test or anything, my daughter struggeling with hight fever for weeks, they says is just a virus dont worry
You could be dying and they still wont give you an appointment. The worst surgery by far, the staff is extremely rude.

Went to surgery for a nurse appointment at 08:50 to be left waiting till 09:30 because they had cancelled my appointment and rearranged it without informing me, I also had a doctors appointment for 09:50 to see the doctor to get the results of my breathing test with nurses, I received a letter a week previous to my appointment to tell me my appointment was changed to 16:30 as I was leaving the nurse room I asked her to confirm my appointment wasnt till later she told me it was at 09:50. What an absolutely mess and I still dont know what is wrong with me they just pass you on to someone else, nobody cares anymore
