Had a very good stay here for two nights. Staff is kind and helpful, room was warm and clean. Nice position of the hotel. Breakfast is all right.

Breakfast was lovely. We had to change rooms as the heating in ours was so noisy. Nice but not worth just over 100 for a double room. Also not very professional hearing staff complain about management.
I recently had a very comfortable 2 night stay at this hotel whilst on a training course. The Westcliff is in a beautiful location overlooking the sea. My room (219) was clean and welcoming and the bed was super comfortable. Staff members were pleasant and lounge and bar areas inviting. Breakfast was excellent even for a gluten free vegetarian! Would definitely stay there again.
